The Personal Care Program is a Community Care Program for the elderly and disabled who need personal care assistance
along with assistance in areas of daily living. The objective of this program is to allow individuals the ability to
remain independent in their homes. Assistance in the area of personal care is required to qualify. Income
eligibility guidelines apply. We service Raleigh, Fayette, Mercer and Greenbrier counties.
